So LIL WAYNE is going to JAIL. Remember waaaay back in 2007 when he got arrested for a gun charge in NYC? Well he got a plea bargain. He will plead guilty and spend 8 months in jail instead of going to trial and facing up to 15 years. (Read Here)

I watched Weezy's BEHIND THE MUSIC and they said that the gun wasn't his...so why does he have to plead guilty to a crime that he didn't commit? Unless he IS guilty...interesting. What happned to the concept of innocent until proven guilty. I don't think it exists anymore.

But the point is this: another rapper is going to jail. These men are idolized in their communities, but they all end up in jail. Is it because of their fame? If Lil Wayne was just a regular dude, would he have been arrested? But I'm just sayin...

Ok so I always follow the BILLBOARD charts because I love music and I want to know what's hot. The BLACK EYED PEAS have held the #1 spot on the Hot 100 for 26 weeks, which is a HUGE accomplishment that's never been done before.

Now don't get me wrong, I love the Black Eyed Peas. In fact, 'My Humps' will always be special to me because it's the first song that I ever heard in a gay club. But DAMN I was getting tired of seeing them at #1 every single week, and they have FINALLY been dethroned...

Jay Sean f/ Lil Wayne is #1 this week with DOWN. I love this song, and Lil Wayne definitely did his THING on the track (with his sexy ass...yes I said it!). So congrats to them for knocking BEP out of the top spot and giving us a little variety. (And he can DEFINITELY get it!!! With his cute self...)

Now what kind of homo would I be if I didn't acknowledge Britney Spears' latest single??? It's called 3 and it's already on my list of all time BRITNEY faves (Right behind TOXIC and WOMANIZER).

The song is very direct and provacative (it's about a 3some). The beat is SICK and her voice is a perfect match for the 'electropop' rhythm.
