OKAY
Let's try to have a positive attitude. At least I'm employed, right? So that's something to be thankful for. (Although if I had stayed at Sprint ONE MORE MONTH I woulda been laid off and able to claim unemployment for a few months.)

That's still the WRONG attitude. Like I said, I should be thankful that I have a job when tens of millions of people don't. I guess the job itself isn't that bad...its the managers breathing down your neck every five minutes and the trainers that lie and tell us we're in the 'people' business when its all just a numbers game. OH WELL
Yes be thankful you have a job. Being on unemployment is cool for a while, especially if you're in school like me but it's only temporary. Scrambling to find a job now is no easy thing in this economy. Now there are ten million people to compete with.
ReplyDeleteSales isn't for everyone, but it's definitely easier if you're selling something you believe in because your enthusiasm for the product or service is easy for the customer to see.
ReplyDeleteIf you don't like what you're selling, consider what else you might want to sell that you WOULD like. If you just don't like sales, period - then you've got a whole other issue to deal with.
